Cement
Cement is defined as hydraulic binders that are produced by mixing raw materials such as, silica, calcium, aluminum and iron oxides such as limestone, clay, marl and iron oxide in certain proportions and fired until sintering temperature, with gypsum or with the addition of additives.
Raw material preparation
Different raw materials obtained from the quarries are shipped to stock silos after the crushing, premixing and grinding processes, followed by the homogenization process.
Klinker Üretimi
The raw meal in the stock silos is delivered to the rotary kilns for sinterization process by means of elevators and as a result clinker is obtained. The clinker (semi-finished product) is shipped to stock silos.
Grinding
Depending on the cement type, clinker, gypsum and various additives are grinded together and shipped to cement stock silos.
Packing/ Loading / Unloading
Cements in stock silos are prepared in the packaging unit as bagged cement, bulk cement or bigbag and loading operations are carried out.
